How Referral Partners Use the Platform
- Search housing listings using the Find Housing page.
- Review listing details, including location, amenities, and house rules.
- Share housing information with individuals they support.
- Encourage individuals to contact housing providers directly.
Referral partners may assist with navigation but do not place individual into housing through CRBC.
Important Clarifications
- CRBC does not assign housing or make placements
- Housing decisions are made directly between providers and individuals
- Referral partners do not act on behalf of CRBC
- Listing availability and eligibility are determined by providers
When Additional Support Is Needed
Referral partners are encouraged to connect individuals with appropriate legal aid, fair housing organizations, and community resources when additional support is required.
