Who Can Post Housing
Housing listings on this platform are submitted by independent housing providers. Providers must operate legally within California and are responsible for complying with all applicable housing, health, and fair housing laws.

Provider Responsibilities
- Create and maintain an account on the platform.
- Submit accurate and current housing information.
- Keep availability, pricing, and policies up to date.
- Respond directly to inquiries from prospective residents or referral partners.
- Ensure residents are treated with dignity and respect.
CRBC does not approve, inspect, or manage housing listings.
How to Get Started
To post housing, providers must create an account and complete the provider application. Once submitted, your listing will be visible to individuals and referral partners searching the directory.

Housing listings are submitted by independent providers. The California Room and Board Coalition does not inspect, certify, license, or guarantee housing listed on this platform.
All housing decisions, agreements, and placements are made directly between the housing provider and the individual.
